The following asset is being offered for sale via internet auction pursuant to an order by the United States Bankruptcy Court For The District of Maryland.Greenbelt Division. Asset is located in Northern Virginia 25 miles west of Washington D.C. Asset Description-Vehicle recently turned over by Debtor in a Chapter 7 Case. Vehicle Was not running when we picked it up with rollback truck and has been off the road for at least one year. Vehicle started up with battery charge but battery will soon need replacement. VEHICLE HAS DRIVELINE PROBLEM AND MAKES LOUD CLUNKING NOISES WHEN PLACED IN GEAR AND MOVED AROUND LOT AT ANY SPEED ABOVE AN IDLE.-POSSIBLE TRANSMISISON OR CV JOINTS PROBLEM-THIS VEHICLE CANNOT BE DRIVEN OFF STORAGE LOT. IT MUST BE TOWED. Clean leather interior with light scuffing on drivers side seat. Tires have approximately 20% remaining tread. No rust evident on chassis or underbody. Motor starts up and no unusual noises or leaks noted when vehicle was photographed. No major dents or scratches. Food chrome, trim and glass.
