I acquired this Land Cruiser from a gentlemen who was going to scrap it because of the frame condition. It has been used on the beach for the past several years and this spring it failed state inspection because of a rusted and broken front spring shackle. The rest of the frame seems sound and is intact but it has plenty of rust on it. The body is also starting to rust around the back glass and down low behind the rear wheels. Other then a squeaky belt, it runs, drives and stops good. The inside is in very good condition except for a small rip in the side of the drivers seat. Everything seems to be in working order except the AC. The tires all have good tread but are weathered. The spare is brand new. It has a heavy duty Wilderness roof rack. I was told that the odometer does not show the correct mileage. The engine sounds good and there is no smoke. I think this would be a great parts vehicle or perhaps the frame could be repaired?
