Thank you for looking at our 2009 Chevy Cobalt LS. It has 98,000 actual miles and the title is clean. It starts, runs and drives very nicely, exactly the way that you would expect. The air conditioning will freeze you out on the hottest day. It also has power steering and brakes, automatic with a Sirius satellite radio and CD player. This car comfortably seats 4 people and gets over 30 miles to the gallon. The body on it is exactly how you see it. Very nice, with a few nicks here and there because it is 6 years old. The interior is in nice shape for the year. Mechanically it does run very nice and it's probably ready to go another 98,000 miles. All the new owner has to do is keep it serviced. If you're looking for a car for your son or daughter for school, or just a small reliable car for yourself, my Cobalt may be right for you.This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). We will also have to collect the tax for your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, and South Carolina. We would like the vehicle picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle, along with a $15 title fee. By Ohio law, we must transfer this title into your name. The reason being is that if we would just send you the title and it was to get lost, there would be a problem. Or if we would send you the title and you didn't transfer it for several years and it got lost, it would be an even bigger problem. We follow the law of our state and will make sure that the title is transferred correctly for all customers.
