Vehicle Detail
As they say a picture says a thousand words, so look close please. I have had the car for only a couple months, it was road kill as I call it, sitting on a back country road in Wisconsin. I drove by the car with a for sale sign on it three times before stopping and making a deal. So I am bring it to Ebay, to find it a home where someone will do something with it. History: 1st owner had car two years, that's all I know. Second owner purchased car in 1966, he is still living and I talked to him, it was a family car for 20 years he sold it in 1987 to a young man, see pictures title is still in his name with a 1966 issue date. The gentleman he sold it to has since passed a few years ago, and his brother finally rolled it out of the barn and put it on the side of the road, that's were I came in. What I know: I adjusted and cleaned up the points, freed up the carb stuck the gas line in a gas can installed a new battery and it started and it idled, no noticeable noises, the care moves on its own power. Master cylinder is stuck but it rolls on new tires, yes brand new just to get it around. No gas tank in it. Lights and turn signals work. Still had antifreeze in it, I let it run long enough to insure the is no water in the oil, and motor is solid for 125,000 miles. Windows roll up and down, windshield is broken. Floors, trunk, are bad but frames looks to be ok. Please ask any questions you like and I will provide any special pictures you need, I verified all motor codes, even down to the carb tag, trans looks original but not verified, after the PHS came back and talking to the second owner I am 100 % positive it's the real deal. To sum it up, car was driven for 20 years, sold and stored in a shed/barn in hopes of fixing it up some day. Everything that is there, which is most of of it looks to be original. Every body panel is pretty bad, it obviously needs full restoration, but has the original drive train and the colors are desirable. Jeremy (262)370-6698, use the buy it now until the low reserve is met then it goes full auction, I will not under any circumstances end the auction early.
