1978 Chrysler C20

Up for auction is a 20ft Chrysler sailboat with EZ Loader 5.2 trailer. Sailboat hull is in solid condition and overall condition is decent for the age of the watercraft. Could use fresh paint as it's chalky, but still has enough life to complete the season...with one day of cleaning, she would be ready to sail. Cockpit is massive for size of the boat (actually, more spacious than our 32 ft has. Refer to pic). Mast is stepped for ease of transport. All stainless rigging is clean and has no "meat hooks" or broken wire. Transom/engine mount, but no engine. Cabin cushions need to be covered as they are dated, but are included which will assist in recovering as they are a good pattern. Cabin has 2 berths, one on each side. There is a V berth, sink, radio, navigation lights (both forward and aft), as well as atop the mast. Trailer is solid, fenders a little bent and could stand some straightening, but in no way do they interfere with mobility and functionality of trailer. They serve their purpose as-is. Trailer has new lights. Tires are showing signs of wear/slight cracking from weathering and sitting, but still hold air and she was moved just yesterday for washing, so they hold air. Have title in hand for boat, trailer was never titled as it was not necessary in state we acquired from, but we have Bill of Sale for trailer. We acquired this vessel in hopes of our family using it as we had planned to sell our 32 footer, currently on Lake Michigan, back at beginning of season. Plans changed and we decided not to sell. We don't need 2 sailboats, although this would have been a much easier solution for portability. Vessel is trailered, and currently on EZ loader trailer. Sails are not included, but we do have a clean set that fit this vessel. They are being sold separately, under auction listing. If you are unable to arrange for pickup, Buyer may opt to contact local storage facility where vessel currently is located and assume all storage contracts in the name of Buyer. Storage is at local UHAUL and currently is in a secured, outdoor storage lot. Monthly fees for storage are $69.95/month.
