1970 Honda cb750 ko barn find. This rare find was stored in a garage in Detroit since 1987. I was looking for a fixer upper to make a cafe bike when I stumbled upon this. I paid a local mechanic to do the basics before trying to start it: new battery, new plugs, changed the oil and filter, air filter. Carbs were taken off and cleaned. See pics. The bike started right up. No problems. The electric starts works beautifully as does the kick start on first try. I will be posting a video soon. The bike is all original except the seat. Everything is stock as far as we can tell. Details: Clean wrinkled gas tank. Sandcast cylinder block, head, & valve cover -according to mechanic. Gauges are working. We put leather a mile on it and went through the gears to make sure it was shifting good.
