Barn find rare find 2 door coupe 1960 Chevrolet Impala . It's been said the only old unrestored Impalas left out there are 4 doors but we found one included in a package deal . This is a two owner car where as first owner only had it 2 years and second owner bought it in 1962. This is in the best iconic classic 60,s cars color combo of black exterior with red interior . All original everything , 283 and automatic , this even has rare power seat And rear antenna . This car is complete and needs restored , the body is restorable with good solid front sheet metal including wheel well panels, the passenger door is nice but drivers door has rust . just like door passenger 1/4 looks good but drivers rear I/4 will need lower patch panels . The trunk gussets where weatherstrip goes do have rust as well. Front floor looks good but rear floor will need replaced. Trunk is full of trim so can not tell much other than underside view there is a hole on right side. Bumpers and grilles are real nice other trim equally nice and is in the trunk as mentioned . Glass ...wow even with these big front and back windows all the glass is good as well as headlights and tail lights .Frame looks real good, no rust thru that I can see . I am trying to describe this as best as I can it is a little rough but definantly worth restoring and having one of least common old Impalas . You see more 59,s over the 60 even though the 60 is a much more desirable look .I never attempted to start it or do anything for that matter including cleaning it , what you see is how it sat . I did make a photo copy of original for History reasons. BUY IT NOW is negotiable for serious buyers I can change it if we work out a deal. As far as transporting I would prefer local pick up because it does not run and would prefer buyer to see it in person, but if you really wanted to have it shipped and want to make all the arrangements I will assist anyway I can for you.
