Vehicle Detail

1967 Chrysler 300 2 dr Hardtop Up for Auction: awesome very rare cool old Mopar Survivor classic Cruise Mobile !! 440 motor, It has factory A/C too which hasnt worked for yrs, but seems to be very complete making for less cost to get it going again. This is the ORIGINAL CHRYSLER 300 !!! and if you have a newer 1 sitting in your garage, it would be only fitting to buy this and restore it so you can have a matched pair in your driveway, using this one for cruise nights and nights out on the town once finished. Want me to End it EARLY ? sure, make me a fair offer. Ive seen junk sell here on ebay for stupid money and our car a is almost 100% rust free Az car. PAINT IT AND REDO THE FRONT SEATS AND ITS ALMOST DONE !!! easily enough to take to the cruise nites. Do the headliner and backseat and its really nice !! Some brief history about the car and current condition: Parked for about 20+ yrs here in Tucson the cars start to get back on the road started about a yr ago. The carb was missing, so a used Holley 600 was installed and after cleaning out the fuel tank and lines, it came to life pretty easily. In the process a new fuel pump like factory was installed too. Also because its been here in the desert there is little to no rust on the body etc. We have plenty of pics below to show proof of our claims. Also, make sure you check out our Feedback here on Ebay Its there for a reason and tells potential bidders/buyers they can rest assure if they buy one of our cars, things will go smooth and well. To date, Ive yet to see anyone else market their cars the way we do and our prices we try to be realistic as well. We want to sell cars, not sit on them for months. DRIVETRAIN: Mopars famous 440 ci 4v motor connected to their equally as well known 727 trans. Hit the key and the car fires right up and sounds pretty good. A Holley carb now sits where the original Carter use to sit. I may try to swap carbs this week, as I think I have a good Carter on the shelf. No weird noises or smoke from the car. I may need some tuning up, but the way it sits Ive driven it down the street to the local Quick Trip to get gas and see how it drives. Tires on the rear are almost like new, front tires good too, but a little smaller then stock. It has a recently new installed fuel pump and PS pressure hose too. The gas tank was dropped and cleaned out too because the car had sat for dormant since the mid 90s. Even after sitting so long it came back to life pretty well. We also did some brake work to the car. Some shoes, lines and wheel cylinders. Just recently the brakes dont stop the car like it use to, and Im thinking the Brake Booster may be going bad, because you have to push alot harder on the pedal to get the car to stop, but it does and Ive been still moving it around the parking lot etc with no problem. Under the hood is very original, and un-molested. No signs of anyone trying to hot rod and just keeping it a cruiser. Which is what it was made for :) Could use a good cleaning and probably a tune up. Some mild surface rust in a few areas, but no signs of any body damage here too. INTERIOR: You are looking at whats left of the original RED vinly interior. Its pretty hard and beat up, but wouldnt take much to make nice again. Redo the seats and headliner and it would be fine to drive around as is. The car has a nice factory PW option, but so far I havent see any of them work. So not sure if its the switches, fuses or ? Even with alot of sun and heat damage, still easier and cheaper then fixing rust on an eastcoast car for weeks. Looks like some of the gauges are working on the dash, but not sure about the radio (could just need a speaker) Floors are solid and most of the chrome inside is in really great shape too. Vinyl, carpet and rubber is in pretty bad shape. The Red interior is classic for this yr car. EXTERIOR: Original color was white and you are seeing whats left of what looks to be a old re-paint from the 70s. Its baked ! Body is really straight for its age and only saw a few small dents around it. The front grill is in very good shape and so is most of the stainless outside. Windshield has one star in it, but barely noticeable rest of the glass seems great. Front bumper on the dr side did get bumped and you can see the dent in it. Not horrible, but worth mentioning. Keep in mind this car is a SURVIVOR and NOT RESTORED !! SUSPENSION: all factory the best I can tell. Im sure some bushings and stuff will be worn or close to worn out. Shocks feel okay and tires as mentioned earlier not bad. Torsion bar front end makes for lowering the front end, pretty easy. Little to NO RUST under the car with solid floors / trunk and no rusted out bolts, again making it so much easier to do repairs on the car as needed. Plan on some restoration here too. Do as little or as much as you want during the resto. Check out ALL the pics below -----> (there are over 125 pix!) it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll bar on the right side. Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate. more info AFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics. There you have it, probably The BEST represented 300s on Ebay. Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them. We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows. People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end. Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days speaks volumes. Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating. People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. Our auctions have NOTHING to hide . Restore a car like this yourself or locally and you know exactly what you have in the end. We put these large detailed Pics up so YOU and WE can see more about the cars condition. Email us with ANY questions before you bid please If you treat yourself to buying one of our vehicles youll never buy a total rust bucket again from anyone !! Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as much feasibly possible via pics. Doing restoration on this type of project is less labor intensive which means overall cost is less too ! With less horrid surprises later on. Dont let auctions with little to no pics try to fool you. With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER with great pics to help making your decision easier. Along with ANY other questions you may have. Email me for a quote for shipping. ARIZONA TITLE IN HAND Keep in mind, this is not a restored car !! CAR MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 14 days of auctions END ! we can no longer store cars for anyone !! Unless other arrangements have been made before auction ends. Can help with shipping outside the USA too if you need help. But keep in mind, the car cant ship until you get your title from us in hand. This car, you can see clearly what to expect with no surprises and our Feedback speaks for itself ! EMAIL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE !! Car will obviously ship as operational - but the brakes are enough to load and unload with an experienced driver. IF you need a shipping quote, just email us with your city/state and Ill find out our best quote for you !! We can find you a good fair price for shipping ANYWHERE !! Let us check first ! No problem helping it to the docks if you are shipping overseas .
