1986 Honda TRX 250R

I have a nice 1986 Honda TRX 250R four wheeler for sale (auction) that is all original apart from the UNI air filter. It is in nice overall condition and runs and drives good with no issues or problems known at time of auction. The seat is still intact with no rips or tears, and it is still nice and soft with good overall deep red color. The plastic is also in good shape overall with no rips or tears, but does have some light to medium scratches, but nothing major. The rear tires are in good shape and the suspension works as it should with no issues. The front tires do have some dry rot, but hold air with no problems and still retain enough tread to be quite functional. This TRX 250R is ready to ride or to restore depending on the new owner's likes and or onneeds. The engine has good compression and starts quickly with one or more kicks, and shifts well through all gears as it should. It is a very nice riding and super smooth TRX 250R, that will serve the new rider with hours of fun and satisfaction. Honda makes a wonderful product and this is one of the most well built years these four wheelers were made since it was started in 86. The 1986 model not only has great power, but it also has great looks as well, and always gets a lot of compliments from other riders on the trails. This is one of the best four wheelers Honda ever made and will last forever if taken good care of. I have professionally changed all of the fluids with Honda products, including the crankcase oil, and the radiator fluid. I have also installed a new spark plug along with lubricating all the necessary parts of the TRX, including the chain. The only fault of this bike is that at some point a previous owner derailed the chain and cracked a piece of the crank case off of the mounting tab, both on the top and bottom of the sprocket and case saver attachment points. The damage is only cosmetic and does not affect performance an any way. In fact this is one of the smoothest running TRXs that I have ever owned and is still very fast. This is my last 1986 TRX 250R that I am willing to sale, so don't wait to bid or it will be too late. These machines are getting increasingly more difficult to find completely stock (OEM), like this one, and are going up in price quickly, each and every day.
