1975 Triumph TR6 (Body-Off Restoration in 1993) My signal red TR6 features overdrive transmission, Michelin Redlines tires, roll bar and a very snazzy mahogany dash. I purchased the vehicle in 1994 shortly after a complete, body-off restoration. This restoration was performed by TR Restore in Indianapolis, IN. The proprietor of TR Restore has agreed to take inquiries regarding this TR6 from serious prospective buyers. The odometer reading on this car is 102,000 miles. The odometer reading at the time of its restoration was 93,500 miles. The TR6 being offered for sale has been tremendously maintained, garaged and other than hand washings, never wet throughout the entirety of my ownership. The engine starts like a champ, and all functions of this TR6 are in working order. The engine, transmission and other components of the car’s drivetrain were serviced and tuned by TR Restore earlier this spring. There are no rust issues with this vehicle. The convertible top is complete and in good, working condition. Recent repairs and upgrades include a new master and slave cylinder for the hydraulic clutch (2015), new starter and ignition (2014), rebuilt both seats and new battery (2013). New sun visors are ordered and should be installed by week’s end. Although I am unaware of any current issues with this TR6, the car is being sold ‘As Is’. There is no warranty with this vehicle.
