1974 Porsche 914 CS, race car-------2.0L. Runs and drives, and is street legal to the best of my knowledge, but has had a lot of custom additions including windshield, front nose section, and interior. Fuchs aluminum mags, tires have good tread and hold air but very shot from setting. This was an CA/AZ car, so it is completely rust free, not a rusty spot to be found, shock towers, front and rear trunk areas, doors, and underside all clean. Paint is faded and thin, was a race car job at best. A whole box of build history including timeline photos and receipts come with, like 50 pics and 4-5 hand written built facts and figures, very intensive like you would expect an airplane to come with....2.0L has been rebuilt/valves redone in the receipts, wiring labeled and redone, etc Optima battery, header and Weber 2bbl conversion done, (no fuel injection anymore)----Full RCI harness on both seats, elec. cutoff switch, toggle fuel pump and ignition, push button start. It does surprisingly have a CD player in the dash, and the headlights do pop up and work fine. It also comes with a heavy snap on storage canvas top, but no road top. Everything works fine, brakes, lights, battery, clutch, etc--Seats are nice, interior is custom, but nice looking, fire extinguisher and full mechanical gauges added also. Runs good some dayss, and then gets a gulp of old fuel and stutters...drivable around the block, but needs some TLC from setting. New starter added, and I have the old one also. Was registered as ASRA #12052 on the AZ circuit back in the early 2000's, probably the last time it raced. Clear AZ title----Take a look, ask me any questions, Thanks
