Vehicle Detail

1948 Ford F1 pickup disassembled. Frame has Ford 9” rear end in place, front axle stock. Frame is straight and in good shape. Cab is complete and just has little surface rust. Glass is there but need to be replaced, gauges are missing, steering wheel and column also present. Seat needs to be upholstered. Hood, front fenders, grille (front clip) is present and have some rust, as well as rear fenders, tailgate and running boards (major components are present). Cargo box sides and head section missing. Also missing bumpers. Flathead block, heads, intake and tranny also included but disassembled. Truck is a great project and parts alone are worth it, I acquired it as a project but have too many medical problems and cannot even begin it now (bad health). Truck is sold with Bill of Sale. Keep in mind the truck is being sold as is. Hopefully someone will get it back on the road. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, communication is extremely important to avoid problems. I can also provide additional pictures. $500 nonrefundable deposit required within 24 hours of auction end. Full payment required within 5 days of auction end. If the full payment is not made within 5 days of auction end, I will re-list the truck for sale, and the buyer will forfeit their deposit. Buyer is responsible for shipping/transportation. I can get help to load, but buyer is ultimately responsible for loading. On Jul-08-15 at 20:12:30 PDT, seller added the following information: In response to a question, I am including several additional parts, There is an extra steering wheel and column, an extra gas tank, an extra hood, a left and right door, an extra bench seat. The fenders pictured in the auction are actually both front and rear fenders of the truck (orange colored). The extra stuff are blue colored, I am a disabled veteran and because of medical problems I have limited mobility and am depending on my buddies to inventory what is being included. I intend to include as much of what I have related to the 48 F1, I have my 48 F3 (as seen in the pictures) that does not need anything, so I want to make sure that the buyer gets a hand up in putting her, the F1, back on the road. I hope this answers the question and helps everyone make a clearer estimate.. Thank you...
