This is a 2010 Subaru STI in very nice condition. My mid-life crisis is over so it's time to sell. I am the second owner as I bought it when it was 1 year old from the local Subaru dealer.The previous owner had already installed a Cobb cat-back exhaust so I finished it with a Cobb down pipe with a high flow cat, Cobb cold air intake and the Cobb Accessport tuner.I do have the stock Downpipe and intake just not the rest of the exhaust. I installed Tanabe lowering spring which brought it down a little over an inch. I just installed brand new Hankook tires and gave it a fresh alignment. The interior is all stock and has had no modifications. It has all weather floor mats so the stock floor mat have never been stepped on. There is normal wear on the interior such as scuffs in the cargo area, it is a 5 year old car, but nothing major. The mechanicals are excellent and it still has an extended warranty until 3/16. The car has been well maintained with Mobil full synthetic oil since I have owned it. Exterior is very clean with only 2 small door dings and a couple of small scratches. No tacky add on's or cheap tuner parts. I don't want any surprises for the new owner so I want to be completely honest about the car. I recently had the bumpers painted due to small scratches and some curb scratches on the lower front. The bumpers and the right lower side skirt are the only parts that have been painted, all the rest of the body is untouched and original. The right lower control arms were replaced when the right rear tire made contact with a curb (very minor damage). I had the steering rack and an axle boot replaced under warranty by the dealer. The rims have been professionally painted (not plasti-dip) but have been touched up due to small scratches from parking too close to curbs. This is an excellent car and it will not disappoint. Yes, it is fast. Yes, it is fun. No, I have not raced or abused this car. No drifting or launching. Adult owned and maintained. Clean and clear title in hand.Smog certificate in hand also.
