This 1962 Jensen built Volvo P 1800 was sitting in my garage for about 18 years when a mechanic friend came over and tinkered with it for about 30 minutes. He put a battery in it and got it running. It wasn’t insured or registered for the street, but I drove it around the block a few times. I drove it back into the garage and it has sat for another 15 years.It hasn’t been started in 15 years or driven on a regular basis for about 33 years. Great project car. I would prefer it go to someone that has the time and desire to get it back on the road. Car has been in family since the late 1970's. Garaged and undriven since 1982 (with the exception of being started and driven around the block approximately 15 years ago). Has non original gas tank (replaced because the original tank had a leak) from a 1964 Volvo 122s (Amazon). Chromed pieces for front and rear bumpers are uninstalled and in trunk of car. Bumpers look to be straight but chrome needs refinishing.. One chromed piece of body trim has some damage at the tip and is uninstalled and in trunk. There is Bondo on car from before it was purchased by our family. This car is primer gray and may have scratches and imperfections anywhere on the car. It is a restoration/project type of car. It has aftermarket aluminium wheels. Car is available for pick-up by buyer. Pick-up and/or any shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer at buyers expense and responsibility.
