I purchased this car new from dealer for $74,500 and have original sales docs and title in hand. I am the original owner and a non-smoker. The car has always been garaged and has never left California. I am selling it because I recently purchased a new car. This car is fast! It has a 4.0 liter 370 hp supercharged V8 that keeps up with a BMW M5 of it's era, 5.2 sec 0 to 60 It has new Michelin tires and a full-sized spare in the trunk. It has beautiful 18" Chrome Wheels that I purchased new directly from Jaguar. This Jaguar is well equipped with a Very Powerful 8 Cyl. 4.0 L 370HP Supercharged Engine, 18" Chrome Wheels, Automatic Transmission with Sport Mode, Sport Suspension, Factory AM/FM/Cassette and 6-Disc CD Changer (extra cartridges included), Harman Kardon Audio System, Air Conditioning (blows cold), Automatic Climate Control, Heated Front Seats, Power Drivers Seat with Memory Feature, Power Passenger Seat, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Power Sunroof, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Mirrors, Automatic Dimming Rearview Mirror, Fog Lights, Cruise Control, Intermittent Wipers, Leather Seats, Rear Window Defroster, Center Console, Traction Control, Power Tilt and Telescopic Steering Wheel, Wood and Leather Steering Wheel, Wooden Dash Inlays, Antilock Brakes, Dual Front Airbags, and much more. This is a 16 year old Jaguar XJR and is in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. It has always been stored in a garage, owned by one individual who is a non-smoker, always hand washed and detailed. Paint has some fading on the hood and roof and there are some scratches and dents but no major dents, just normal wear and tear for a vehicle of its age and mileage. The vehicle has never left California since it was purchased new in 2000. Cosmetic issues (see photos): The drivers seat leather is torn on the lower cushion and the drivers seat leather is worn. Other seats are good. Paint on hood and roof is faded in places. Some are dings and scratches in paint The headliner fabric in the back has come loose and sags. Headliner is in good shape, but the fabric needs re-attachment. The drivers cup holder has been repaired, and opens and closes, but it is more effort to close it. One of the air vents in the back seat is missing it's lever. 2nd Garage Door button is missing Rear window brake light does not mount properly Operational issues The sunroof mechanism and seal need repair to function properly. Only one keyfob works. I do have both keyfobs. The motorized side mirrors do not work and must be adjusted manually The power antenna must be raised and lowered manually The trunk sometimes must be opened with the key (electronic latch is intermittent) Occasionally using the seat memory recall feature has the seats in the wrong position. The timing chain/tensioner has not been replaced. There is currently no problem with it. Maintenance Never use synthetic oil. The engine requires non-synthetic type oil. You need to top off the coolant about once a month and check oil level
