Excellent condition. Great commuting and travel bike. Smooth, powerful, fast, reliable. Great ergonomics. Everything works as it should. Ready to ride anywhere, although it will need a rear tire soon. Some minor cosmetic flaws. This is a beautiful bike. I am the second owner. I have had this bike since 1997. It is the one thing in my life that has always worked perfectly. This bike has always been stored indoors and has been in California since new. It has only been ridden in the rain a handful of times. I have service records, manuals, original equipment BMW side cases, original tool kit and keys. Meticulously maintained. Mechanically perfect, as far as I know. Extremely reliable. Bike is completely stock except for up-graded headlight bulb, improved rear mud guard, slightly raised ride height (through the installation of a competition dog leg), and louder horn. I have the original rear mud guard and original dog leg, which will easily lower the bike to stock ride height, which you will never do. The feeble original horn is long since gone, as it should be.
