Selling a 1969 Pontiac Firebird project car/driver. This car is licensed in the State of Washington, and has a clean and clear title. The previous owner of this car was going to convert it to a drag car, and removed the inner fenders, installed an aluminum dash, installed a plexiglass windshield and moved the battery to the trunk. The car runs and drives well, and can easily be loaded on to a shipping truck. The car was painted flat black in the fall of 2014 by a local body shop and has been garaged ever since. The trim, grill and headlights are all included, but have not been reinstalled. The driver's side door lock, side mirrors and windshield wiper holes in cowl have all been shaved. The hood has hood pins installed, and the trunk lid has a Camaro style rear spoiler installed and painted to match. The Pontiac 400 has been rebuilt, but is not original to the car. The engine runs well and does not smoke or have any known issues. Buyer will be responsible for shipping from Spokane, WA. I can bring the car to meet a trucker at a convenient location. Seats are well worn and will need to be recovered, but are in good condition. On Jun-01-15 at 17:46:00 PDT, seller added the following information: I will be out of town, in Seattle for the Mecum car auction, from the evening of Thursday, June 4th through Sunday, June 7th and will be unable to load the car for shipment. I can load on Thursday prior to department if the full payment has been received. Otherwise, I can load early next week.
