Vehicle Detail

I commissioned a local shop to rebuild this bike for me in Oct 2013. I have since had extra repairs done at the beginning of this year (2015), as well as rebuilding some of the exterior. I've put just under 2k miles on it since the rebuild. In addition to having everything painted black, the following was done to it during the rebuild: drag bars w/ all new controlsBare steel tank w/black finishCustom camel brown leather seat with quilted stitching Matching camel brown leather handlebarsmatte black side coversRebuilt / polished carburetors w/ new air filtersblack 4-1 exhaustNew throttle and clutch cablesNew shinko 712 series tires New fork seals and fork oilNew engine oil, filter, spark plugs and bootsNew chainNew batteryNew clutch / brake levers, cable adjusterNew ignition points and condensers, valves and timing set to correct factory specNew petcock, fuel lines and filtersRebuilt front brake caliper and master cylinder New blinker/horn controls New digital tachometer and speedometer This thing is a champ, and you wouldn't believe you are on a vintage motorcycle. It fires up on first try with the electric starter, and at this point needs no regular maintenance other than oil changes. This bike is a reliable daily ride. The minor cons: the breaks squeak when applied lightly. They're in great condition, and just need to be adjusted to eliminate the squeak, but if you're not applying the brakes firmly, you'll hear it. Also, after long hauls the bike will sometimes drip residual oil from the shift shaft. There's nothing wrong with it, it just builds up. It's really easy to open up and remove if the drip bothers you, however, it's nothing to worry about and doesn't affect the bike. This is the only "drip" I have ever seen in the year I've owned the bike. There's a minor scuff on the headlight as well as the bottom of the engine where some of the black paint wore off. I posted images of all of the aesthetic imperfections, but let me know if you have any questions. I absolutely LOVE this bike. The only reason I am selling is because I am moving soon and will not be riding a bike for awhile. Would definitely love to see my dream bike go to a good home! VIDEO of bike starting with a quick walk around (before exterior changes were made- but still the exact same bike). http://youtu.be/ZczAPXt2l8c LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!
