You could drive this bike home. I just drove it 30 miles today 5/25/15. Clean title in hand. It starts right up and rides nice. NO NOISES. NO SMOKE. THE ENGINE HAS NO LEAKS. Brand new battery. Tune up and oil and filter done. Tires are great. I bought it to Café it but have gotten a smaller bike to do instead. The seat I was going to use comes with it if you want it. I also have some spare parts that go with it. You could ride this like it is or restore it or Café it etc. IT NEEDS A LOT OF CLEANING. IT IS NOT NEW. It also needs the rear brakes bleed and the left front fork seal seeps. Basically it will need normal maintenance items for a bike this age but again it runs great. It does not have a radio.
