PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO READ THIS AD FULLY!!!!!!! *****LOW RESERVE*** This is for a very Solid 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ with a Factory 400 and Turbo 400 trans.The car runs and drives great.It is very tight.I was told the motor had been rebuilt a few years ago.It runs Great with no noises,smoke or leaks and has a nice mild cam lope to it.Just enough to give it some sound out the dual exhaust.The trans was also rebuilt and has a mild shift kit.The rear end is a factory Posi-traction with I believe 3:08 gears.The car has good power and runs and drives great.The brakes are new also.The car was repainted a few years back and was a nice job and still has a great shine.The paint is a little brighter shade, of red, than original.The door jambs and under the trunk are still the original factory red color. I bought this car taken apart and It was missing alot of parts due to the body shop that painted it went belly up and kept the car in storage.I bought it from the guy that had it painted and he told me it took him 2 years to get it back from the body shop due to the issues.When he finally got it back it was mostly dissasembled and missing alot of the trim including the bumpers.I put the car back togather and replaced everything that was missing.Some of the trim pieces need painting to match such as the mirrors,cornering light bezels and rear center bumper filler.The bumpers are straight but could use rechroming to be nice.All the weatherstripping ,on the car,including the expensive outside door window scrapers are brand new.The doors open and shut like new,no sag.Even the strikers are new.Power windows are alittle slow due to all the new weatherstripping.Everything works power as it should with the exception of the heater.The heater core needs replacing, so it is bypassed.The A/C system is intact and seems to works but needs some freon.The car has power windows,power seats,power locks,Delayed wipers,power trunk,tilt wheel and climate control.The dash is cracked under the new dash cover.The rest of the Red velour interior is original and in very good shape for being 38 years old.The seats are in very good shape with very little wear.See all photos.It has hardly any fading.The headliner is perfect.The thick factory original shag carpeting is in very good shape other than a tear by the drivers floor kick panel that is not noticable.All the plastic trim is in great shape and not powdery or brittle.The T/A steering wheel and hub are brand new from F-Body warehouse.I also have the original factory red wheel also.I am sure this car was probably garaged most of its life.The radio is a new Old stock 83 vintage Sherwood that sounds great.All glass is good.The windshield has a crack up high by the mirror than runs over to the passenger side.It is not in the line of vision but I will need to be replaced in some states.The car has no rust and has never had any.It was ordered without a vinyl top, so no issues there either.I put on a very expensive set of 73 style real stainless quarter window trim instead of the cheap looking plastic crap.The trunk is like new and the original spare and jack have never been used.The car was ordered with factory tow package and everything is still in the trunk.I have the 4 other original Pontiac rally wheels with new Cooper Cobra tires,perfect caps and correct trim rings.The vintage American racing Daisies and BFG's are on the car now as the photos show. ****IMPORTANT**** The buyer will get there choice of ONE set of wheels & tires with the car,Factory set or the ARE Mags, unless and agreement is reached for both sets.I was going to keep this car but things change.The car has a very fair reserve and I will entertain buy it now offers only if the reserve has not been met.Once the reserve is met the car will sell to the highest bidder only on ebay.
