NO RESERVE. This is a beautiful 1981 Mercedes-Benz 380sl that has been well kept and maintained. I love to drive this car, but circumstances have made it so I need to sell it. The car is in great physical condition and drives exquisitely. It comes with all the extras in the pictures. The hard top, storage stand and cover, hardwired trickle charger, 5 disc cd changer, extra set of floor mats, two different dash mats, cockpit cover, full storage cover, an extra set of tires, an extra jack, and last but not least the signed/etched custom Nardi Torino steering wheel. While this Mercedes has been well preserved, it does not come without blemishes. The body of the car is in fine condition with the original paint job still holding true. There are minor chips, scratches and some rust on the body of the car (look at the pictures), which can be expected given that the car is over 30 years old and has seen some miles in its life. The A/C needs to be charged, the fuel gauge is intermittent, and the power antenna only goes up half way. The soft top functions perfectly but has rips and tears and will need to be replaced if you are planning on using it a lot. I found out today as I was scanning Ebay that a replacement soft top is only $350. The car has been recently serviced and had a new battery installed.
