These were manufactured in 1983 and released shortly after, styled after the ever popular 1981 and 1982 ATC 250r, the one that revolutionized the ATV business for ever. This ATC is 31 yrs old now and naturally the box it a bit worn, I opened the end of the box for picture only, I did not remove it from the box in fear of not being able to get it back in. I'm sure after 31 years the battery will not be good and there was a recall on these for the triple clamp breaking so I would say that the purchase of this would be as a collector ONLY!
