Up for sale is my 1973 Pontiac Firebird. I have had the car for a few years now and my original intentions were to make it a 455 Trans Am Clone. Of course life has a way of changing and I just don't have time to make this car what I want. I did a lot of work to it while I've had it and have aquired some parts for the TA conversion as well. I started by freshening up the Pontiac 350. It has new plugs, MSD wires, MSD distributor, MSD coil, and a MSD ignition box. The fuel pump is now electric with a quality pressure regulator mounted in the engine bay it has a 4 barrell Edelbrock carb. Many of the cooling and vacuum hoses are brand new. The front and rear brakes have been redone, and the front and rear shocks have been replaced as well. The car runs very well and shifts and stops as it should and has good power for a 350 of its year. There may be minor oil or transmission leaks, I have not had to fill fluids but I park it on the side yard so its hard to tell. The tires are Cooper GT's and are virtually brand new and wrapped on Centerline wheels. The car has a B&M shifter and is a automatic. The car does not have operable AC or heat but everything is there minus the AC compressor. All gauges work with the exception of the clock and gas gauge. Lighting works as well as the turn signals. This car could be driven daily now and I do drive it a few times a month myself. The interior has good seats, but the carpet is old and the dash, roof liner and rear speaker lid have been worn by the Arizona sun. The door panels are off (both included) as I was working on the inners, the door locks need a new key or you can buy new locks, the one from the trunk is missing as well. 1973 Firebird Youtube video It has minor rust in area around the rear wheels, minor in my opinion but please see the pictures. The trunk and floor plans are not rusted and as far as I know the car has been in AZ its entire life since the early 80's I know for certain. I have the following parts I am including with the car: a time correct Trans Am hood, including cowl, 1 TA fender and some misc trime pieces including a very nice console compartment, dash bezel, horn button, original shifter and a few more items. Please see the pictures. This car has a ton of potential and a lot of the work has already been done including the purchasing of some important parts. The TA hood itself goes for over $500 alone. If you have any questions please ask, the mileage stated is what the car shows but I have no way of knowing if its original, my guess it that it has turned over once.
