Vehicle Detail

1964 Plymouth Sport Fury. This will be another year that I will not be able to get back to work on the car so I decided to let it go and let someone else finish it and enjoy it. The car is professionally stored indoors and protected in San Jose California. I have a clear title in my name for the car. The car has had extensive modifications done to it. Starting from the front of the car it has a fiberglass lift off Hemi hood with custom pin perches. The engine bay has been smoothed out and most of the holes have been welded in. increased opening in the front for 31x19 aluminum radiator that is included in the sale. New steering box with Flaming River tilt steering column. New front disc brake conversion with tubular upper A arms and new steering linkage. New Weld Racing wheels and BFG tires in the front and Hoosiers in the back. All the chrome is off the body and all the holes were welded in. Inside you can see the roll cage and changes to the dash for round Auto Meter type gauges. Side window glass is included but you will need front and back glass. Then trunk has been blocked off with a plate to allow the placement of a fuel cell in the trunk and the package tray has also been covered. The trunk has a flat floor to allow placement of the fuel cell. Sub frame connectors have been welded in. An Alston Chassis Works 4 Link suspension is in the back now and welded to a Strange Engineering S 60 ( Dana 60 ) rear end that was built new to my specifications with a Locker Type center and 4.10 gears and Wilwood disc breaks. The car has been mini tubbed. The 440 engine is included in the sale as seen in the picture minus the carb and air cleaner. My friend needed a 750 carb so I gave it to him. It has a big cam and ported heads and was taken out of a 73 Charger running and thought it would be a good first motor for the car. I do not have a transmission for the car. Please feel free to ask any questions.. Good luckOn Feb-07-15 at 12:38:45 PST, seller added the following information: I have many more photos of the car and photos of when it was being built on my Facebook page at Yellowmoose Racing. You can also see pictures of the 73 Duster 440 4 speed I am building for someone and you can see the creative high quality work I do. On Feb-09-15 at 19:07:28 PST, seller added the following information: Thank you everyone for your interest in this very unique Mopar ! I have some items to add to the Auction if it goes up to $14,400 or higher. These items are NEW in the box. I have a Keep It Clean 23 circuit wiring harness that has wireless entry. It is the KICKD model. I believe it sells for $600 to $700 with the wireless entry included. TCI Outlaw shifter 616331 for a 727 Automatic. $334.97 at Summit racing. MSD Pro-Billet Distributor 8546 for 440-426. $275.97 at Summit Racing. I also have a set of Bear Claw doors latches. Tomorrow I will look in the car to see if I still have Power window setup for it and the door wire loom for the wiring. I also have about .5 gallon of single stage unmixed matching yellow for engine compartment, interior, truck, underside needs and is included regardless of auction price. Exterior is basecoat/clearcoat..On Feb-10-15 at 15:30:06 PST, seller added the following information: Today I visited the 64 in San Jose where it is safely stored. I took the cover off of it and it is as beautiful as the other pictures show it to be. As you will be able to see the color looks different when it is inside. The owner of the place always comments on the color and how much more white the yellow is when it was in the sun when I brought it to that place top be stored. He told me that he has shown it to at least 100 people and he is really sad that I won't be able to finish it and take him for a ride in it. The car looks great and if you would like to see todays pictures go to my Yellowmoose Racing Facebook page and the pictures are posted there. I just got off the phone with eBay and they will only allow 24 pictures and to change pictures I would have to cancel the bid, then I could change my pictures, then repost it again. Thanks
