Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is an EXCELLENT condition 2013 Honda Rubicon 500 Automatic Transmission 4x4 Utility ATV. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATV's ever made. The heart of this machine is its 475cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled, work horse engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. The Engine is backed up by an awesome, fully automatic transmission. It is an automatic hydraulic pump transmission that operates essentially the same way as an automatic car or truck. Once you select either forward or reverse, the transmission controls all shifting based on programmed limits in the machines computer. It is extremely smooth and it downshifts at the proper time to keep the engine from being bogged down by either heavy workloads or hill climbing on trails. In addition to being fully automatic, you can also operate this machine in the ES (Electronic Shift) mode. The ES mode allows you to more precisely control what gear you are in by shifting gears with an electronic motor operated by your thumbs. This way you can either keep the RPMs low to cruise and enjoy an afternoon, or keep the RPMs higher to assist in slowing the machine down while descending steep down hill slopes.The machine uses dual hydraulic drum brakes in the front with a single mechanical drum brake in the rear. The front suspension is a double wishbone system with a single swingarm in the rear. Of course it has electric start and push button 4WD. If you are reading this, you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that, Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. If you want an excellent ATV to hunt, work, or play and bring you a lifetime of enjoyment, this is definitely the machine for you. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in EXCELLENT condition. It only has 315 Original Miles and 92.5 hours of engine use! Yes only 315 miles. This machine is barely past break-in! The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The plastics are GREAT except for some very light scratching here or there. This is a used machine so some scratching should be expected. Overall, this is a VERY clean machine that will make someone very happy. Anyone who buys this Rubicon is going to get a very solid machine that has a ton of life left and will provide it's owner with a ton of fun or working ability. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $8000 plus fees. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
