I bought this bike around 15 years ago. The previous owner had converted it to a cafe' racer theme with plastic fenders, megaphone muffler, custom solo seat and other embellishments. I spent several years tracking down the correct steel fenders, seat, seat cover, muffler, steering damper, etc. but, lost track of this project as I collected many other vintage motorcycles. I no longer have interest in completing the restoration so I've dug out the various parts and loosely bolted things together to show what's there. The engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, wheels and controls are all in good working order. It started easily and ran strong before the fluids were drained and the old parts were removed.about ten years ago. The bike has been stored in a heated garage since then. The paint on the tank and side covers is in very good condition with the correct decals in place. One of the headlight ears is bent and there are some dents and scratches in the replacement fenders that will need to be repaired before repainting. The oil hoses from the oil tank are dried and cracked. The odometer is broken. Otherwise this is a very solid machine that needs only a new owner skilled in painting and body work. I have a Florida title for this bike in the name of the previous owner. Please feel free to ask questions.
