We are selling our 2008 GMC Acadia SLT-2. It's Silver (I think GMC calls it Liquid Silver) and has gray leather interior. It has a bunch of nice features, including dual sun/moon roofs, navigation system, DVD video system, Heads Up Display, towing package, parking sensors, power lift gate, remote start, and more. Although the car came with a back up camera in the rear lift gate, ours is missing. We've always taken care of any mechanical issues that came up. The most significant repair has been the transmission, which was replaced with a GM transmission and is under warranty (3 year, 36,000 miles I believe). As part of the transmission replacement process, the computer was programmed with the latest version of GMs software. I've noticed that the new program shifts a little differently than the original programming, and can sometimes experience a mild shudder under certain conditions. I've had this condition reviewed by GM service techs and they've indicated it is related to the torque converter lockup which is designed to improve gas milage. They deemed the situation normal operation. We're selling the vehicle to get something big enough to tow the boat we bought at the end of last summer. We've gotten an offer from a local dealership. I've used this information to set the starting price, which is also below the Kelly Blue Book value. I welcome any questions and will answer as promptly as I can.
