Vehicle Detail
1974 Honda CB750 K4 – Resto-Mod I have owned the bike for 5 plus years. This was a barn find in need of a good home and a true survivor. I completed an initial basic restoration to make it look and run well. I have put about 3000 miles over these last 5 years. It now has a little over 24000 miles. I have many bikes so they all get ridden, hence the low ridden miles since I have owned the bike. This bike was built to be a rider’s bike and not a garage queen. It is not a show bike but looks and functions fabulous. The bike needs nothing other than a rider. I am over 60 and prior to the recently completed restoration I have ridden the bike as much as 300 to 400 a day on the mountain roads and interstates of Colorado. If you like to scrape pegs have at it, the bike will do it. If you just want to cruise and have people look do that too. This CB750 K4 is always a conversation piece where ever you go. People really like it, from the color to its style to its riding position. This will not kill your back like a café bike. This bike is nostalgia at its best, it brings back memories wherever I take it. The bike is currently setup for a solo rider; there are no rear foot pegs. The motor is completely stock and has never been opened up to the best of my knowledge other than for gasket replacement. All chrome parts are in original condition and may have been polished by hand with fine steel wool but have not been machine polished or re-chromed. As you can see there has been significant work done to make this motorcycle as good as possible, reliable and as rideable as possible. Please take all of this into consideration when bidding on this wonderful and beautiful 1974 CB750 K4 motorcycle. If you want to make it a Café Racer, turn the handles bars over or get new bars. Either will work, no connection modifications required. I have tried to the best that I can, describe this motorcycle with a complete and honest description.
