Up for sale is my personal 1996 Ford Bronco. I hate to get rid of it, but I just purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer. I have a grandson and he is going to be staying here of and on and I need something easy for me to get him in and out of. Also I have bad knees and this thing is just too painful for me to get in and out of myself. My loss is your gain. I have taken really good care of the Bronco since I bought it. The only things wrong with it are the following: it needs either a MAF or the oxygen sensors need to be replaced. The MAF you can get on ebay for 100.00 with free shipping and the sensors on 26.00 each with free shipping and they are ford replacement. This is according to the codes when O'Reilly ran them a month. Also the carpet in the back needs to be replaced. I believe I listed everything that I found wrong with it. The above price is buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, repairs needed and tires.The Ford Bronco was forever made a pop culture Icon on June 17th 1994 when OJ Simpson led police on a slow speed chase through LA. This truck is an identical twin to the fabled OJ truck. I always get comments on it about it looking like OJ Simpsons Bronco. I have inspected the body and cannot find a single spot of rust, paintwork or repair patches whatsoever. The truck lived its life in New Mexico for the US Forest Service and then in Tucson, Arizona when I purchased it. The axles and transfer case are all stock, and ride height has never been modified with any sort of a lift. This truck has never seen any off road use. The Bronco is riding on original 15" chrome wheels with BRAND NEW tires from Discount Tires. The setup mimics the original setup the vehicle came with and it looks great! The Bronco has a spare and it will be mounted on the back when it is sold. The interior is in great shape all around. The windshield is in very nice condition and I did not detect any chips in the glass. The cloth bucket seats are all in very good shape, the driver seat is starting to show signs of wear. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The dashboard is in excellent shape with no cracks. The sound system is still the original one that came in the Bronco works great. The rear seat is great to carry extra passengers, and all five seating positions have seat belts. The rear compartment needs the carpet replaced. Mechanically, this Bronco runs GREAT! Just needs the Mass Air Flow Sensor replaced or the oxygen sensors replaced, there are 3. It does currently run, just idles rough. It starts right up and shifts great. The 5.8L V8 engine has never been neglected and runs like a top! The engine compartment was fully detailed to show condition. The truck is tight as a drum and doesn't leak a drop of anything. The air conditioning system is leak free and still blows cold air.
