Hi everyone,Up for your consideration is my 1975 rubber bumper mgb. I picked this up from a friend of the family a while back. I have a chrome bumper BGT and midget in my garage, so when this B needed a new home they offered it to me at a reasonable price. However....my wife has gently suggested that 3 mg's in the driveway is a bit much, so the rubber bumper is looking for a new owner. The car has a clear title that is in my name, ready to transfer to the new owner.I have gone through the car, and its now in very good running condition. It has the weber downdraft conversion, header and monza big bore exhaust. Fuel system has been gone through, and a new tank has been installed. Four new tires, new brakes, fresh tune-up with NGK plugs and cobalt high performance wires.The interior has new seat covers and carpet. Factory radio is present, but not hooked up.I was told the paint is roughly 10-12 years old. It does have a few chips and a little bit of bubbling in a few spots, but I would call it a very good 5 footer. If I was going to keep the car I would wait for some nice weather and drive the wheels off of it.If you are interested I have an older style 24D distributor with pertronix electronic ignition conversion and lucas sport coil that I will throw in for an extra $100 to the winning bidder.The convertible top is usable, but has a 4 inch tear just behind the drivers side door window. It could be patched, but I'll leave that for the new owner. The only other things it will need is possibly a new turn signal switch (only left side works), the passenger side window has popped off the regulator, and a few of the gauges are not hooked up. The car is for sale, as is, where is. I do have a trailer and am willing to deliver within 100 miles of PA zip 18353 for an additional fee.If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
