I have owned this car for over 30 years. I bought it from a co-worker who bought it new in southern TN. It is not a backyard restoration project. The body was professionally restored by Eastern Coach Restorations, Sayville, NY. Any rusted body panels were removed and replaced. There are 10 coats of Dupont Deltron 2000 paint, 5 base color and 5 clear coat wet sanded. The engine and drivetrain are all stock, however the following mechanical work has been done: new valves, lifters, push rods, rocker arms, timing chain and gears, new oil pump, new water pump, new radiator and hoses, new master cylinder, new clutch, pressure plate, release bearing and flywheel resurfaced, new brakes, wheel cylinders. The engine runs great and burns no oil. Everything works on this car, even the original 8-track. The car has won a number of trophies at local car shows on LI and PA. The reserve price is lower than the value appraised by the International Vehicle Appraisers Network which was just done in August.
