The Magnuson Super Charger system installed is at 6 lbs boost with water to air inter cooler. Separate low temp cooling system for the inter cooler not engine cooling system. This enables very low charge air temp. A Diablo Sport Intune system tuner is used to program the custom tune and is included with the car. It is easily tunable by a qualified technician to accommodate future changes in boost pressures or engine upgrades. Included are all stock parts for engine.It is currently at approximately 500 hp and 500 ft lbs torque at flywheel.This Super Charger system will support much more power with proper engine upgrades. At 6 lbs boost very safe for stock engine.8 lbs boost ok with a Fuel pump upgrade. To change boost requires only a simple pulley change. MPG with Super Charger 21 to 22 mpg highway. Does require premium fuel only. For those new to Super Chargers the Magnuson SC is an Eaton TVS 2300 Twin Vortices Series. It is a Roots-type positive displacement compressor. This new blower features twin four-lobe rotors which are twisted 160 degrees. This new design of supercharger is said to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to other designs. It made its first production car appearance on the TRD Aurion and it is currently used on Corvette ZR1, Cadillac CTS-V, supercharged Toyota Tundra, Lotus Evora S, Range Rover 5.0 litre V8, all "R" badged Jaguar vehicles, the Roush Stage 3 Mustang, and the Audi B8 S4,[1][2] which uses a 3.0 litre TFSI V6 engine. What this means is the system on the car is chosen by many major auto manufactures. Its well tested over many years.Low maintenance.Oil change at 100,000 mi, that's it. It also has a bypass valve setup so when at cruising speed and the extra power is not needed it lets a bypass open so it reduces parasitic loss and allows good fuel milage. Its a blast to drive too. Power on tap. Lots of down low torque instantly, no lag like a turbo. No pollution systems removed or altered on car.All sensors still in place and working properly. No idiot lights or code faults (dtc) diagnostic trouble codes. Cat converters still in exhaust system where they should be. AFE 3 inch stainless steal exhaust installed. Hurst shifter installed. A wide band Air/Fuel ratio gauge along with Fuel Pressure gauge installed in over head console. Custom cold air intake for cool air to supply Super Charger. A small digital programmable shift light installed. 180* thermostat installed. To make the Super Charger install job easier to do I had the front nose of the car removed by my local Dodge Dealer body shop. Ariggo Dodge Ft Pierce FL.The car was taken home. SC install completed and then taken back to dealer to re install the front cap or nose. My car was lightly damaged in a parking lot previous to the SC install. I had the dealer install a new front cap to fix the damage to the car. It was cosmetic in nature only to the front nose cap. No structural damage, plastic only. I had my Insurance cover it. The new front cap came out flawless. It is Mopar replacement part, not after market. Its a common practice to remove the front nose cap to install the super charger system, inter cooler in front of the radiator. The Bosch coolant circulating pump and lines are all much easier to route neatly that way. Makes a much cleaner job. This system is seamlessly integrated. The exhaust sounds deep muscle car rumble till foot planted.Then its a deep roar. I have to many things with tags and insurance according to my wife, if that's possible. Im pricing this car to sell. The back seat has never had anyone in it except me to clean windows. Its a really nice car inside and out. Clear title in hand.
