Hello, You are bidding on a 2000 Porsche Boxster S with a little under 135,000 miles that comes with the factory black hardtop and the factory set of 4 18" sport design wheels with tires and 6 MAAS 20" chrome wheels with tires. It's an auction, selling because for the foreseeable future I will continue living within a quarter mile from my workplace and it doesn't get driven, it is garaged. Depreciation, tags, and insurance are an unnecessary cost at this point. The car is tagged until October 2015 in the state of Oklahoma, it is currently garaged on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM. I will meet the buyer at the local bank to take care of the payment for the purchase and sign the title over. The Oklahoma title is clean and clear. A little bit about the car:Car is strong, shifts like it should, doesn't burn any oil, is garaged, and driven on the weekends since I live a quarter mile from my workplace. I drove it to CA a few years back, ran it through the smog check, it passed, and since I have been here in NM it also passed the local smog. It drives like it should, I haven't had any mechanical problems with it since I've owned it, it has been a no maintenance vehicle. Some of the bad: The passenger and driver side sun visor covers are missing, the car has some of the typical suspension sounds that the 2000 Porsche Boxster S is known for, the paint while it looks flawless in pictures and videos has marks typical of a car with 135,000 miles up close, the previous owner attempted to put the hardtop on without help and scratched some areas of the car, the windshield has a few small chips that have been professionally filled. The biggest issue with the car is the soft top window needs to be replaced, the motor and functionality of the soft top work as they should. I almost always drive it with the hardtop on. No matter where you go you will get looks for this car, it is beautiful in person and a thrill to drive. If the winner plans to drive the car home I would recommend putting the factory wheels on since they ride much smoother than the 20" wheels. I don't require a non-refundable deposit at auction end, just pay for the car when you pick it up. I will not arrange shipping, this is a local pick up only auction, no international bidders.
