We are berry Bros General Contractors INC serving the oil and gas industry since 1956 We are selling, at no reserve, a 2008 Ford FX4 F-250 4X4 This truck was issued to one of our long term supervisors when new, it has been used on and off road but has never pulled a heavy trailer. He was a heavy smoker but the truck doesn’t smell too bad and I think it would be ok if cleaned properly. I drove this truck from North Dakota back to Colorado and it ran out great. It didn’t use any oil but there is some ticking on the top end of the engine, normal noise for the miles is what I would call it. The transmission shifted just like it should, the 4X4 works great, the radio works but the air does not, it comes on but blows hot air. The front end felt ok but not perfect, I think it would be fine to drive it home but sooner or later you should have a mechanic look at it. The tires are ok but will need replaced soon. The brakes feel good with no vibration or noise.The body is pretty good with several small chips and scratches. The rear bumper has a pretty good dent in it. The leather seats have some cracks but no rips that I noticed, the worst is on the drivers seat and is pictured.The carpet is filthy and will most likely need replaced. The dash looks good with no cracks The windshield will need replaced, no cracks but several chips and stars.The tool box in the back is tack welded on and goes with the truck. All in all this would be a good truck to use on a farm or for someone in high school to drive. This is a nor reserve auction and the highest bidder wins.
