Up for auction is my 1981 Suzuki GS 450 Café Racer Bike runs really well, and has a good power, always starts in the coldest weather New AGM battery Upgraded rear suspension New gauges tach and speedometer bike has 9500 original miles have old speedo to prove mileage Clean title Could use new rear tire (tread is getting low) (turn signals are currently not working as there are no front LED turn signals, when the front turn signals are hooked up they will work again (I have new ones that I have not installed yet)) This bike has been my project bike for over four years, it was my very first motorcycle and is very near to my heart. When I bought it the bike I cleaned the carbs and had them synced by Morrie's Place in Richmond Illinois. I upgraded the rear shocks and dropped some weight. I still have most of the stock parts that came off of the bike including the front fender in good shape and various gaurds and a small pile of other parts. I will give you all of the stock parts if you would like them. The seat has been replaced with an OEM seat as the original was torn. Clutch cable has been replaced. Oil is fresh as of the beginning of winter. I am sad to see it go but I am selling it because I am purchasing a Harley Sportster from a friend. I have taken very good care of this bike, and I have fixed a lot of the neglect this old bike has seen over the years, as well as giving it an update to make it safer and more rider friendly. NO the bike is not perfect, the paint looks really good for doing it myself but it is not perfect by any means. The mechanics of the bike are very sound and the bike has very low mileage (9500miles).
