Vehicle Detail

I have listed this car once and the buyer did not do his part. I just want all bidder to know I do LOVE the car and want to drive it badly so this will be the last time I list the car for auction with 70 miles on her. If the high bidder doesn't come thru after this auction I will keep this amazing car a few months and enjoy her. I know this is a long ad but please read every word so you know EXACTLY what I am offering. And please keep in mind I am brave enough to list a very high dollar item at $1 No Reserve so please do not bid if you are not 100% sure you can make the purchase happen; meaning get your bankers, wifes, mother, etc permission before bidding. And if your bank/lending institute needs a copy of the title to approve your loan feel free to contact me I own the car free and clear and have title in hand. I have sold a bunch of expensive cars on ebay(a lot of them Vipers) and I have 100% feedback and even keep in touch with some of my past buyers because I truly do run a $1 No Reserve auction(meaning no hidden reserve and the high bidder will own it no matter how cheap she goes) and I treat every single person the way I want to be treated so please feel confident that the car is being represented as correctly as I know how. This is your chance to own a very rare ACR thats never seen a track or raced like most have been used for. This $1 No Reserve auction is for my 2008 Dodge Viper ACR with only 70 miles. YES I said 70 miles!!! I bought it with 50 miles on her. It’s a pretty rare color combo; Very Viper Orange with Black center band. It has solid black interior. This color combo is one of the meanest looking combos Ive seen in person. It has the 8.4L V10 that produces 600hp and 560TQ stock. The Gen 4 ACR holds more track records than any other factory built car in history and one drive behind the wheel and you will know why. This is my third ACR and I am still amazed every time I get behind the wheel at how amazing these bad boys handle. Words can’t explain how much I love to just sit and stare at this amazing machine for hours. I will probably cry when it leaves =-( I have owned 13 gen 3 and gen 4 vipers and I could go on and on about how incredible it is to drive a Viper and I can assure you that the Gen 4(2008-up) is worth the price over the Gen 3 in drivability. So if you are in the market for a Viper and can afford to go for the Gen 4 please do it, you will thank me. And even though all vipers get crazy attention the ACR takes the attention to a whole other level. If you are the type person that does not like a lot of attention and wanting to talk to someone about your car every time you stop then this really isn’t the car for you. I don’t care where you live you will have phones taking pics and videos of her every time you drive it. Sometimes its soo much attention you will find yourself wondering if its even worth trying to drive the car. Like I said I could go on and on about how much fun it is owning a Viper be it attention, or the incredible driving experience but until you own your own you never will understand. One other thing that makes the Viper sooo much better than most exotics is the reliability of them. It’s literally a car you can drive 100,000+ miles and do nothing more than change the oil and fluids in it. Oh and don’t think that you have to sacrifice mpg to drive a huge V10 car like this, my daily driving returns 19-20 mpg and on a straight highway drive you will log 22-24 mpg thanks to the amazing redesigned T-6060 6 speed tranny. And with the newly redesigned rearend you won’t believe the traction and quiet operation. Just keep in mind that the Viper doesn’t have any traction control or stability control so you must use A LOT of common sense when behind the wheel. But when you learn to handle the power and put it down correctly you can blast from 0-130 in about 10 seconds and I can assure you that NEVER gets old =-) In all seriousness I baby my Vipers simply because Im more worried about getting the best fuel mileage I can and not wearing my tires down. So I promise you this car has never done a burn out while Ive owned her and that’s exactly why the rear tires have the very same wear as the front tires(tires are obviously 100% tread left). I just serviced the car at 54 miles on the clock with oem oil filter and Royal Purple oil, also changed out clutch, brake and power steering fluids so shes serviced and ready to roll. It’s safe to say I am a car guy and I have a serious passion for cars. I have owned well over 200 cars in my life so far but I can confidently say this is by far the best looking and my favorite car ever. Now the big question on your mind is then why am I selling it? We have our second child due in 8 weeks and I really am leaning toward a 997TT so I can include my family in my hobby. I usually mod my viper to the max but I decided I was gonna sell this one early on so I only did a couple mods(listed below). I know this ad is getting long so Ill list all the factory options and mods below that: Factory Specs/options: -8.4L V10 (600HP 560TQ stock) -6 Speed Close Ratio Trans -Very Viper Orange with black center band(stands out a mile away!!) -AM/FM/CD 310 watt 7 speaker Alpine Sound System with Subwoofer -Power adjustable pedals -Tilt steering wheel -Ice cold AC (another great thing about the Gen3 and Gen4 Vipers) -One touch power windows with smart seal technology -Power open button on the rear hatch (on the 03-06 cars you could only get into the truck with the keyfob) -HID headlamps -Smart seat passenger airbag -Splitter Track extension(brand new in the bubble wrap, this is a $500 piece) -Front tag bracket still in the plastic -etc Added Modifications: -Custom 2.5” straight pipe exhaust(oem mufflers included I just cant stand a quiet viper so I always mod the exhaust on them for a tougher sound) -Color matched brake calipers with white lettering(I never have liked the way the red calipers clash with the Very Viper Orange color) As far as condition goes the car is a close to perfect as you could want in a 70 mile car there may be one chip in the front bumper but I didnt notice any. This ACR is in amazing condition and could be driven straight to a car show the day you receive it. The only real flaw outside is the right front wheel has been curbed and repaired(does not stand out but Ive detailed her and noticed I so wanted to let all know what Ive seen) Interior condition is really like new too and even smells new inside still. There is some light wear(very light) on the drivers bolster(prob from people getting in and out of her on the new car showroom floor for 6 years) and the dash has a couple scuff/scratched places on the drivers lower part where peoples boots hit getting in(again this is very common area for light scuffs/scratches simply because its a tight area to put a foot thru). In fact the car still had all the factory plastic in the floor boards and on radio and steering wheel when I bought her. BRAND NEW!!! =-) PLEASE NOTE: This car was a salvage rebuildable car sold at auction like any other salvage rebuildable car. The big difference with this particular car is I can have the car inspected in MS thru my best friends dealership and if the damage requires 1 major and 3 minor items or less to repair and if the vehicle passes the state inspection process it is issued a clean clear title which can now be transferred to any state and from my experience with over 50 vehicles I've done this same process(and over half of them I titled in my own name in TN) the title have always stayed clear when issued in the next state so its a safe bet(but not guaranteed) that the title will stay clear when buyer titles it. Plus the Clear title helps secure a loan on the car with just about any bank. The car was involved in an accident several months ago and had drivers side damage. Insurance deemed it a total loss and paid the owner for the car then sent the car to the insurance auction. I bought it and had it repaired by Extreme Collision in TX who specializes in Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Ford GT repairing. I am marking rebuilt title in the ebay listing but I repeat it does NOT have a rebuilt title it is completely clean and clear with no rebuilt or salvage marking on it so it is much easier to secure a loan from most banks for the full loan value. And I own the car free and clear with not current loan on it so the transaction will be super smooth and easy. The only parts replaced were drivers door, drivers quarter panel, and drivers exhaust cover. And heres the best part all parts where brand new pull off parts off another Very Viper Orange viper so they are OEM paint still(I did have the exhaust cover recleared because of an in and out boot scuff that scratched the oem clear too deeply to buff out, its very easy to scratch the exhaust covers when getting in and out if your not careful). There was frame/floor pan damage that had to me repaired but I knew that a high end shop like Extreme could handle it and I had the car aligned when all work was completed and she passed in flying colors. I hauled the car to the inspection station and to the alignment shop(he put 3 miles on her) to keep the miles low(I put 17 miles on her). The tire warning light is on which is very common on the vipers(out of 13 vipers Ive owned at least 8 of them had the low tire light on, thanks dodge) but the only pressure sensor that is inop is the drivers rear the others work correctly and will warn you if they get low. Again I am super honest and truly like to treat people the way Id like to be treated and if I have grossly misrepresented this car in any way at time of pick up then I will gladly refund deposit and release the buyer from purchase but I want to say I am not a certified mechanic or body shop person so all I can do is relay to you what I know about this car. The car is amazing and darn near flawless in every way. It drives perfect and performs even more incredibly but it’s still a used car and should be purchased as one. If you are super picky and don’t feel comfortable purchasing this car with the information and pics I have provided then please do not bid. This is a high dollar item and I am brave enough to sell it @ $1 No Reserve but I really want to see my auction treated with respect. You are bidding to buy and not bidding to win then come tire kick. Any bidder is more than welcome to come inspect the car in person or have it inspected by a dealer but there will be absolutely no test drives until Im paid in full. Also I can help with shipping arrangements at buyers full expense but car will not leave my driveway till I’ve been paid in full. I paid way too much for the car just because I knew I was buying a brand new viper and I bought the best parts available simply because I dont like to cut corners so I know I spent way too much on the entire project so here is someone else a chance to own an incredible ACR with 70 miles on it for a great price. I have a pretty good connection on getting cars shipped since I buy so many and always just have them picked up so I can gladly help in getting the car shipped at a good price at buyer expense. Thanks so much and if you wish to speak more in depth about the car feel free to call Wayne @ 731-610-627four. Best of Luck to all!!!
