Greetings Ebayers! This is a no reserve auction! This great Suburban 4x4 will go to the highest bidder! My name is Dan and I'm selling this vehicle for a good friend of mine (who is the original owner). It was purchased in 2004 from Hight Chevrolet in Farmington, Maine. Over the last 10 years, it has been serviced at the same dealership almost exclusively. I have a 16 page report of the complete service history on this vehicle, totaling nearly $16,000 in repairs and maintenance since 2004. A few of the more significant services include: -Complete brake job (2013)-New tires (2013)-New Alternator (2011)-New front hubs (2011 - cost over $1000)-New Water Pump (2010) Although this Suburban is in decent shape for its age, it does not have a current Maine state inspection. Further, because of some rusty spots (pictured), it will likely need body work to pass inspection again, at least in the state of Maine. If you live in a state without such inspections, my (unprofessional) opinion is that the rust is cosmetic and won't impact driveability. Check out the pictures and see for yourself. No major leaks that I could see, though I did notice the coolant is a little low in the reservoir bottle. Tires are good. Makes a noise that I would guess is coming from the belt (see youtube link below for video footage). 4x4 works great. Transmission shifts smooth. Engine runs well and has plenty of power. Shifts in/out of 4x4 no problem. The check engine light came on months back for a misfire (it was blinking). The CEL stopped blinking but stayed on until recently when I cleared it. I drove the Suburban for over an hour and it did not reappear. I talked to a Chevy mechanic at the dealership and he thought there was a good chance it could be as simple as cleaning out the fuel system with some good fuel injector cleaner (he suggested running about 6 tanks of gas with treatment). I was going to try this but since the CEL has not reappeared I have not added any fuel treatment.
