1966 PORSCHE 912 VIN # 456103 ENGINE # 746319 TRANS 902/1 # 229356 MATCHING NUMBERS PER COA WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED ONCE IT ARRIVESPAINT CODE 6607 - SAND BEIGE INETERIOR COLOR - BEIGE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTED PER TITLE MILEAGE - 27,131 3 GAUGE CAR 4 1/2 X 15 STEEL RIMS ALL DATED 3/66 ORIGINAL SEKURIT GLASS SLANTED SCRIPT ENBLEM CAR NICE REAR ENGINE ALUMINUM GRILL NEW REPLACEMENT FLOOR PANS INCLUDED ALL BUMPERS FRONT/REAR IN NICE USABLE CONDITION SET OF VERY NICE ORIGINAL RUBBER FLOOR MATS WITH LEATHER STRAPS STILL ATTACHED ORIGINAL RADIO GLOVE BOX DASH SCRIPT SOLEX CARBS LOTS OF PARTSCLEAR PA TITLE first and foremost this car needs a full restoration with extensive rust. needs floors(included) rockers, front pan and various areas of rust repair needed. years ago this would have been a parts car, but with the extremely low original mileage, matching numbers engine and trans, and desirable paint code and options, it is worth saving. you will need more time, skills and money than i have to do this project. it will not be for the faint of heart but well worth it on the investment scale. the sale includes everything pictured. only significant items missing that i can find are, front seats, steering wheel and headlights/taillights. cars history as i know it: i spoke with the cars owner from the mid 80's til 2012 and he said that he didnt drive it much at all and believed the mileage to be accurate to the best of his knowledge. the last inspection sticker on the windshield is from 1986. when he bought it and it changed hands on 6/11/87 if was recorded with the state of PA on the title as having 27,000 miles. it was next recorded with the state 25years later on 3/5/12 as having the current 27,131 mileage. during that time period if just sat and started to decay. the engine is NOT seized, but when turned it seems to hit something, my guess would be the owner from 87-12 bent a valve (im no mechanic), parked it and never had the funds or desire to fix it. the owner from 2012 til now started to make an attempt at a restoration which is why its in pieces but lost interest. everything pictured will be inside the car for shipment. i will work with the buyer on preparing the car to be picked up near Allentown, PA. you need to find your own way of shipping it to your location. I am willing to sell it to international bidders. previous cars have been sold overseas and then picked up and taken to nyc docks to be put on a container. the tires do hold air for a few days so it can be rolled around. only bid if you are a serious buyer, i will do my best to answer any questions or concerns you have with the car. the car is being sold locally as well and i reserve the right the end the auction early. it is sold as is where is, i do not offer warrenties on cars nearly 50 years old.
