This is a very straight and original 280CE that was driven to its parking space twenty years ago. This is the very desirable 'Businessman's Coupe', and will make a very good restoration project or parts car. The engine turns over freely, but will not fire because of the old gas. All of the body panels are very good, and this has always been a California car, with no evidence of rust. The engine is complete, but needs someone to get it started. It has fuel injection. The interior is in very good shape, all original. The front seats are very plush with no tears. The rear seat and back are virtually like new. The door panels are in very good condition. The dash is cracked. The trunk has the original panels, and covered spare tire. The original tools and jack are present. I am too old to start the restoration, and physically not able to work on the car. The title is clear, and is currently on 'California non-operational' status.
