Vehicle Detail
Up for Auction is my clean driver Fleetline Deluxe. I purchased this car earlier this year from my father in-law. He got it up to paint and due to other projects on his plate he lost interest in this one. The car as he told me did not have a lot of rust, the driver floor pan was replaced in metal fully welded using a replacement panel to match original and the inner rockers show very little rust holes while the outer rockers look intact. Please see the pics of the undercarriage this is a very solid car. I have done my best to make this car a complete, driver quality vehicle from what I purchased. It’s a running driving car, featuring the original drive train, sealed driveshaft, 3 on the tree and straight 6 motor. The car was a driving shell when I got it, no glass, no seals, so the paint goes into the jambs and around all the doors, a complete color change that looks factory, even the firewall is painted. It’s a sort of milk shake / yohoo solid color (no metallic’s) single stage paint that looks great with the chrome and white interior. I sprayed the dash two tone to add a more “Deluxe” feel to the overall car. This car is not “perfect” but is a very very clean driver that will turn heads anywhere it goes. The overall style of the car is early lowrider / bomb keeping it mostly stock with a few add on accessories such as front visor, rear venison blinds, a curb feeler and some lake pipes for sound and looks and a lowered stance. It is definitely a fun cruiser that will not need much to enjoy as is or change up a few things. Me and my wife have put a bunch of miles locally on the weekends enjoying this car at local meets, picnics even going to the movies in it. We love cruising around in it, very comfy car and it gets tons of looks and thumbs up. The list is too long of new parts and things done to the car so I’ll try and break it down into categories, if there is anything I missed or you want to ask please don’t hesitate to ask.
