Vehicle Detail

*****I'M RE-LISTING THIS CAR DUE TO A DEADBEAT WINNER***** I LIVE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE DOES NOT TITLE AUTOMOBILES THAT ARE 15 YEARS OR OLDER! I DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT TITLE IN MY NAME FOR THIS CAR, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ONE! THE CAR WAS REGISTERED FOR FIVE YEARS IN MY NAME, I HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE CAR FOR FIVE YEARS, SO I HAVE A REGISTRATION FROM FIVE YEARS AGO AND WHAT I BELIEVE IS THE SECOND OWNERS TITLE FROM COLORADO, THE CAR IS NOT STOLEN I DROVE IT AND REGISTERED IT IN NEW HAMPSHIRE FOR FIVE YEARS! THAT BEING SAID, HERE IS THE LISTING AGAIN: I bought this from my father in law with the best of intentions to restore it and then my two sons came along and have taken up my time and money, so now it's up for sale. My father in law told me the motor had a cam in it and that it was "balanced and blueprinted." I'm not a gearhead but I do know that this car is fast as hell. Here's what I've had done since I purchased it 10 years ago: New 9 inch rear end with trac-loc, rebuilt the t-10 4 speed transmission ($2000), which has about 50 miles on it since the rebuild and put a gear in to turn the speedometer. I put an edelbrock 4 barrel carb in it. It has edelbrock valve covers and an edelbrock steetmaster intake as well. I put on a magnaflow full stainless steel exhaust including tail pipes back from the tri-y headers. new plugs and wires, windshield wiper motor, heat plenum, oil pan, alternator, rear view and side mirrors, dash cluster, aluminum radiator complete with an electric fan. I put a horn in that is attached to the steering column. THIS IS A RUNNING, DRIVING CAR!! I haven't registered it in the past 5 years because I just haven't had time for it. basically the only thing wrong with it (besides the entire body needing restoration) is two tears in the braver seat (hardly noticeable), and I believe, a brake line that went (the pedal went soft on me) as I was backing the car up from a ride around the block to exercise it. which was done at least once a season so as not to get flat spots on the tires. there are two dents in the roof, a new tail panel will be needed, I had the weatherstripping in the windshield fixed five years ago but I would have it resealed as I left the car uncovered in the pouring rain the other evening and it leaked a little bit, but I have the car undercover usually. That's it as far as I can see, there was body work probably done in the 70'S with some filler and fiberglass. I put a set of magnum 500 wheels with center caps on the car, along with new tires. There's nothing "original" about this car. It began its life as a 6 cylinder and somewhere along the way someone put a 4 speed and an 8 cylinder in it. the interior seats are highback seats from a later mustang, I believe 69-70 Mach 1. The fold down seat needs a little attention too, just a few bolts, I believe. So, if you are a body guy, this fastback is for you! I hate to get rid of it, but just don't have the time for it. Serious bidders only, ask questions if you have them. $500 non refundable deposit due within 48 hours of the auction ending. the remainder in cash or cashiers check. there is no warranty stated or implied. What you see is what you get. winner will receive the keys to the car when my bank says the funds are cleared. Please look at all the pictures so you know what you are buying. Bidders with less than 10 feedback please contact me BEFORE bidding. Also, please make sure you have funds in order BEFORE you make a bid on the car and if you need to ask your wife, please do so BEFORE bidding as well. Buyer is responsible for pickup and I prefer not to ship the car as to have the new owner lay eyes on it here as opposed to there. Thanks for checking out my auction, check my feedback and bid with confidence! ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT DO WHAT MY LAST WINNER DID AND THROW A BID IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES OF THE AUCTION WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS AND THEN ASK 100 QUESTIONS DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS AND DAYS AFTER A DEPOSIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, THANK YOU FOR CHECKING OUT MY AUCTION AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!
