Vehicle Detail

My job has been eliminated so it with much regret that I have to sell my pride and joy. For sale is a very rare 1934 Chevy 3 window coupe with and all metal body and a spare set of fiberglass fenders included in the deal. The engine is a Chevy 350 with a Quadrajet carburetor. The engine has new rings, rod & main bearings, cam, timing chain and sprockets, lifters, etc. The heads have a fresh valve job and have been resurfaced. The trans is a 350 Turbo hydramatic and the rear end is off a 1957 Chevy. The front end is a new Heidts with the disc brakes. All the gauges are new and working. The dual exhaust have a low mellow sound. Tires have about 500 miles on them. This is a Calif. car with no rust. The paint is about an 8 with a few minor scratches. The passenger side front fender needs some minor body work at the point where it meets the driver side fender under the radiator. As you can see in the photos, the interior, doors and the trunk compartment need to be finished. The directional lever is not integral within the steering column but with a little work the directional switch within the column can be made to work. The door windows and window regulators are missing but the rear window does go up and down using the original crank. The Radio/CD player is new with dual speakers. The steering column is off a Cadillac with the telescoping and swivel features. The wood framing around the inside corners of the cab is mostly new with some original wood. The roof slats and frame are all new (see photos). Both (driver and passenger) door posts (where the hinges are attached) have been replaced with steel posts and this makes for very strong support for the doors and keeps the doors aligned with the body. The wood behind the doors (where the latches are mounted) is the original wood and is in good shape. The two pieces which form the door sills on both sides of the body are new.
