1981 DELOREAN1981 Delorean with 5656 original miles. Been sitting in a garage since 1989. It was purchased form Delorean Cadillac on October 21 1982. This car was John Deloreans brothers car that he drove as a demo. Johns brother owned Delorean Cadillac at the time. It has had the same owner since Oct 1982. I have not tried to start the car. IT DOES NOT RUN!! It does have brakes and it feels like the clutch works. The engine is complete and original. The engine turns over well not stuck or even sticky. The body looks good it does have a couple of really small dings on the top of the doors very small you have to look for them. The drivers door will not open. The bumper covers are very nice no cracks or warping. This is a really great body never been hit or any repair of any kind. The interior is nice with the exception of the head liner. It is falling down and will need sun visors. The passenger side door panel lower is starting to come apart. The dash is perfect with no cracks ( very rare to find that). The seat are nice as well showing almost no wear. Carpet is in great condition. Console is complete and very nice. The under carriage looks good some lite surface rust on some of the suspension but not bad. The tires are original. It has a clear title.
