relisted due to a non-paying buyer.i have a 1974 super beetle that has been converted to a baja bug.it would make someone a kool winter project.it does run and drive but needs finished.the good-motor has a fresh top end about 50 miles ago,tires all have less the 200 miles on them,new shifter,paint is a 20 ft paint job,the car runs good and drives good.the bad-the interior needs attention(no back seat)has electrical issues,has one rust spot on the right rear upper quarter(see pic),and needs a master cylinder.i have a garage full of parts to go with it.i just don't have the time or money to finish it right.the car is a blast to drive(handles like a go-cart)and will criuse the interstate at 70 mph all day.somebody needs to finish it the right way.i have a boatload of money in the car and extra parts,i have 2 completely rebuilt rear control arms,a 2bl weber carb and intake,2 new 165/85/15 tires,a cpl of center consoles,etc.i'm asking 2500 and that not even close to what i have in it.not really interested in trades but will entertain offers.located in salem,il.serious buyers only,if you don't have the money-DON'T BID! i reserve the right to end this auction as this car is for sale locally
