At the time of the insurance loss it was declared a fresh water flood vehicle and when the insurance company sold the vehicle to us it did not have keys so the marked the certificate tmu which means that the mileages was not verifiable. Please feel free to run the carfax because the mileage represented on the car we believe is accurate and according to carfax and autocheck it is accurate as well. When we obtained the vehicle we got a factory key and programmed it, that is all we did to it! This civic needed NO repairs at all and we were amazed at how well the vehicle performed.
