I'm listing this 46 CJ2 for my Dad. He restores these as a hoby and has several others in progress so wants this one sold. It is not an M38 as you can see as it has the tailgate and no detents for the axe and shovel etc. That said its a really solid old jeep with a nice body, interior, top, and seats. All the gauges work as well as the horn, the 4 wheel drive and the transfer case H/L are also in working order. It starts right up and drives well, he has used it many times in parades etc. and has driven it many times to his American Legion meetings (approx 10 miles each way) It really needs nothing. If you want a useable old jeep this is a good one to just play around with or use for hunting, parades etc. I have no idea about the actual miles but Ebay wants this for listing.On Sep-30-14 at 14:02:57 PDT, seller added the following information: I added a few pictures of the frame and the floors. The only panels replaced were the two inside rear quarters(shown) the floors are very good. The rust you see on the front floor is only surface due to the rubber floor mats and foot wear. the frame is also original with no repairs and is good.
