1974 ½ TRIUMPH TR6 ROADSTER W/OVERDRIVE Pimento Red w/Tan top /Chestnut interiorI’m the ORIGINAL OWNER. Bought February 21, 1975 out of showroom in Westland, Michigan.I have original “Bill of sale”; Title; Window Sticker and glove box manual.The car needs restoration of “typical” TR6 rust, Rocker panels being the worst. Floor pans, tire well and frame are solid. 89,000 miles and runs great. I have driven all summer this year.Rebuilt entire suspension, i.e. bushings, shocks, tie-rods, etc...Rear trunion bushings. Lever shocks still installed. Tires are Coker Redlines and have little miles. Wheels have been sandblasted and repainted. Trim rings new. All chrome is very nice. Spare tire is original Good Year Redline with jack and toll pouch. Convertible Top has no flaws and windows are clear. Included are cockpit and tonneau covers. Black carpet real good condition (no tears/wear) and have rubber TR6 mats installed. Seats could use new foam otherwise in good/fair condition. Dashboard top is good but knee pads on passenger side have cracks. Electrical all works, i.e. lights, gauges, horn etc...This car also has overdrive which functions great. Windshield is original (40 yrs).Brakes and clutch all good and with “typical” TR6 oil leaks. Engine is strong! Recent Valvoline VR1 oil and filter change. Cooling system all gone thru during suspension overhaul. No overheating! New battery and starter solenoid installed this summer. Has Petronix ignition system. My car needs some body work love that I do not have the experience or time for.I have lots of receipt and spare trinkets. Any questions or specific pictures/videos don’t hesitate to ask.
