This is a unique car that is sure to turn heads. The M1Stang was the vision of builder, Bill Carnes. Only a handful of these vehicles were actually built which no doubt adds value to the investment. The chasis, motor and running gear are a 1994 Miata MX-5 which has been reskinned as a 1966 Mustang. The quality of craftsmanship is superior & flawless in every way. This car has the 1.8 literengine making it very economical to drive. But the option of dropping a 5.0 liter V8 in place could be done as well if you wanted to. The interior and the convertible top is all Miata. But the sheet metal is obviously 66 Mustang. This car gets a lot of attention at car shows. The M1Stang has been featured in Kit Car Builder magazine twice (March 2003) and this car in December 2005. I am selling the car for the family of a close friend who recently passed away.
