Apparently somone started a restoration on this car over 25 years ago but never finished it. When I bought this car 3 years ago the motor was out and the front sheet metal was off. I have since set the motor in place and loosely bolted the front fenders on. The hood is just sitting in place. The car appears to be an unmolested original. The underside still shows signs of undercoating that was applied 25 years ago. The exterior is painted in brown primer. The worst rust is on the inside lower front corner of the door where it mates up to the door post. You can see it in the picure of the inside of the car, look just below the steering wheel. The other rusty area is the rear gravel pan below the trunk. This panel is available in the aftermarket. I am not a used car sales person. I bought this car with the intention of restoring it. I have since realized that I have too many cars/projects/hobbies to ever complete it. The coupe has been stored indoors, on concrete for at least the last 25 years. The car is very solid for a vehicle that is 75 years old and is very restorable. The motor is not locked up. The seat and steering wheel are in place, as well as what is left of the headliner.
