Cloth interior and headliner have no rips, stains, smells or tears. A minor abrasion on passenger rear door, minor wear on driver's seat side and some minor scuffs and fading appropriate for vehicle age. *See Pictures* Mechanically - 9.5 out of 10. New Toyota Hybrid Battery with transferable warranty good until February, 2015. Brakes, tires and battery are good. Recent Toyota Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) performed on 8/15/2014.
